To expedite your return and refund process, kindly adhere to the instructions below. For a smooth return and purchase refund, we require all relevant information. Please note that we are not liable for taxes, tariffs, or shipping costs associated with shipped or returned products.

ALL COSTS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Returned items must be shipped with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. A Tracking Number (such as FedEx or UPS) or Return Receipt (like USPS) is essential for confirmation of your return.

Products must be returned in their original shipping containers and packaging. Missing parts, manuals, or deviations from the original packaging will render the item non-refundable, and a potential restocking fee may apply based on the returned product’s condition. Hardware product returns are accepted within the initial 30 days, with the customer responsible for all associated shipping costs. 

Customers outside the United States bear responsibility for additional shipping fees, including brokerage fees and international shipping fees, and will not be reimbursed if the item is returned.
