For swift processing of your return, kindly adhere to the instructions below. To facilitate the return and refund of your purchase, we require all pertinent information. Please note that we are not accountable for any taxes, tariffs, or shipping costs associated with shipped or returned products.
ALL COSTS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Returned items must be dispatched with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Confirmation of your return requires a Tracking Number (such as FedEx or UPS) or Return Receipt (like USPS).
Products must be returned in their original shipping containers and packaging. Items missing parts, manuals, or deviating from the original packaging are non-refundable, and a potential restocking fee may apply based on the returned product’s condition. Hardware product returns are accepted within the initial 30 days, with the customer responsible for all associated shipping costs.
Customers outside the United States bear responsibility for additional shipping fees, including brokerage fees and international shipping fees, and will not be reimbursed if the item is returned.
